• Phone

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including contraindications, safety concerns, or inappropriate conduct.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may be subject to a fee
• No-shows may be charged a fee and/or restricted from future bookings

We reserve the right to enforce these policies at our discretion.

Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or canceled to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. Full service fees may still apply.

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time
• You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered or products received without first contacting Holistic Skin Center to resolve the matter.

By purchasing from us, you agree that:

• All services are considered earned and non-refundable once performed 
• All product sales are final unless defective 
• You will make a good-faith effort to resolve any issue directly with us 

Any fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate termination of services 
• Collections or legal action 
• Liability for all associated fees, including administrative and legal costs

Strict cancelation enforcement:  Failure to comply with the 48-hour cancellation policy authorizes Holistic Skin Center to charge a cancellation fee to the payment method on file.

By booking an appointment, you authorize Holistic Skin Center to keep a valid card on file and charge applicable fees, including:

• Late cancellation fees 
• No-show fees 
• Outstanding balances

We offer skincare products for purchase through our website.

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• We are not responsible for misuse of products
• Individual results may vary

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Holistic Skin Center may offer service packages or memberships.

• Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law
• Expiration dates may apply
• Missed appointments may result in forfeited sessions
